Colour & Calm - Mindfulness Colouring Hour

A peaceful time for you to unwind and silently get into a flow with colouring. The goal is to help you escape the day's hustle, disengage with any stresses and just calm your mind. 

Colouring sheets and colours will be provided to you at the store. This activity does not require any training or facilitation, it's just between you and the colouring sheet.

The sign up fee is 100% redeemable at the store on food, beverages and books. Just show your invoice at the counter.
